I do not feel that one’s appearance should matter in the case of women & leadership because there are women who have not idealized the fact of wearing a particular dress code in order to put themselves out there in society and have beaten the standards of trying to appease other people for being someone else instead of being themselves. Women can be competent, authentic, and focused leaders not matter what anyone says, but it all comes down to how one perceives an idea and changes the definition into something where it causes people to change his/her viewpoints. Appearance seems to have a huge impact in a way where people are beginning to lose thought of leaning towards something more along the lines of taken things more literally and personally instead of collaborating with one another of changing the views which have brought confusion to the minds of citizens across the globe.
