http://www.inc.com/jill-krasny/pew-study-women-in-leadership.html

An article about some of the potential take aways from the survey on Pew’s.  The big three are that first of all, woman have more ambition than men.  They are graduating from college at a higher rate than males and are going further with this education.  Secondly is that things such as the glass ceiling still exist and are holding woman back from taking high positions.  Many say that woman are more ethical and honest in a business setting yet are unwilling to see them in a C-Suite position in a company.  The third important takeaway is that woman are perceived as having better qualities for leadership such as compassion, organization, and honesty.
