Ted Talk on women in leadership

Devanshi Patel is a student at Stanford University. Her talk focuses on her experiences as a woman leader and observation she has seen on her own college campus dealing with leadership. She has interesting statistics on student leaders and college faculty across the country. Her focus is on how we should educate not only young girls, but every student in the U.S. to become aware of injustices in the country and to become more involved in government. I thought she was interesting and relatable since she is close to our age and does research in leadership. Do you agree with her stance on what the U.S. educational system should work on? And is there anything else that should be added to the list to improve our education?
